INDUSTRY AND WATER TREATMENT
Every industrial process generates wastewater and sludge that impact disposal and management costs. Treating them correctly reverses the perspective: recovering water to reintroduce into the cycle, reducing volumes to be disposed of, and keeping the process compliant and under control. Our solutions are designed for this.
We intervene throughout the entire treatment chain, with technologies selected based on the wastewater and the plant's objectives.
CFT-I crossflow filters treat wastewater with high concentrations of solids and sludge derived from anaerobic processes or biogas plants. Automatic and with remote assistance, they are integrable with the company system and ensure continuous operation, reducing waste and management costs.

Membrane ultrafiltration systems separate, concentrate, and extract with precision; reverse osmosis (ROV) plants complete the treatment by operating cold, to extract salts, acids, and metals, decolorize, and concentrate useful substances. Both technologies are compact and made of stainless steel, and optimize space, consumption, and operating costs without the need for continuous supervision.

For advanced purification, we use the patented GRAFIM® filtering compound and the DAMF system, which removes substances with a molecular weight greater than 300 Daltons by combining absorption, adsorption, and chemosorption. Operation is fully automatic and eliminates odors and color, ensuring the stability of the treated liquid.

FP filter presses treat sludge with high concentrations of suspended solids with effective and reliable solid-liquid separation. They reduce the volume of sludge to be disposed of and related costs, with less environmental impact.
